A 4,000 square foot multi-purpose studio on Constance Street in the Fabric District, built around a free-standing 27ft by 17ft infinity cove with full drive-in access. Skylights bring in natural daylight, with electric blackout blinds, and there are adjoining hair and makeup rooms, 63A power and a commercial kitchen. The space is used for photography, filming and events.
