A community interest company set up in 2009 that owns and rents workspace across the Baltic Triangle, much of it on Jamaica Street. The range runs from small shed studios and shop-front units through to warehouses, mezzanine space, music rehearsal rooms and artist studios for teams of one up to fifty. Profits are reinvested into the creative and digital sector locally.
